Pray Run an Exercise

Pray.

Printable. Repeatable. Teachable on a Monday morning.

  1. Pray Open the moment. Lord, give us eyes to see what is in front of us.
  2. Observe What is happening here? Describe before judging.
  3. Analyze What is this actually doing? What does it optimize for? Whose dignity is at stake?
  4. Reflect What does Christ ask of me here? Read this moment through the Beatitudes.
  5. Act Close in prayer, then choose. Use, modify, refuse, replace, or witness.
Screens, social media, and AI are forming us, but not always rooting us in what is true, good, and lasting. The method is what a teacher does about it, with a class in front of them.

Orar Hacer un Ejercicio

  1. Orar Abrir el momento. Señor, danos ojos para ver lo que tenemos delante.
  2. Observar ¿Qué está pasando aquí? Describir antes de juzgar.
  3. Analizar ¿Qué está haciendo esto realmente? ¿Para qué está optimizado? ¿La dignidad de quién está en juego?
  4. Reflexionar ¿Qué me pide Cristo en este momento? Leer este momento a la luz de las Bienaventuranzas.
  5. Actuar Cerrar con oración, luego elegir. Usar, modificar, rechazar, reemplazar o dar testimonio.
Las pantallas, las redes sociales y la IA nos están formando, pero no siempre nos arraigan en lo verdadero, lo bueno y lo perdurable. El método es lo que un maestro hace al respecto, con una clase delante.
